How much is Shipping for my toys in Australia and How long will it take?

At Jellybean Kidz we keep our product prices & shipping charges as low as possible, and offer shipping discounts from 10% for orders over $120 up to 60% shipping discount for orders over $200 (excludes Kidkraft and Plum play Products).

We also offer express shipping for those in need to quick delivery.

All Freight charges are calculated at your Cart or Checkout.

 

 

• Most of our products can be purchased with a low shipping fee per order with delivery available to a residential or business address for Standard shipping using our nominated couriers.

• Express Shipping is available for all products that ship from our Melbourne Warehouse (excluding KidKraft, Plum Play, and Long and the Short)

• We can deliver to PO Boxes as required
  

• For KidKraft and Plum products, freight will be on top of the rates outlined above.
  

• For Bulk items or Orders, like most online toy stores in Australia, postage is calculated by the size and weight of the item/s. We endeavour to keep delivery costs down for our customers.

You will be able to calculate your delivery costs when you edit your cart or once you have finished shopping and are at your checkout.

How can I receive Shipping Discounts?

The more you spend, the more discount you get from your shipping costs (excluding KidKraft and Plum Products).

Spend $120-$139 - get 10% off shipping

Spend $140-$159 - get 20% off shipping

Spend $160-$179 - get 30% off shipping

Spend $180-$199 - get 45% off shipping

Spend over $200 - get 60% off shipping

For any items not included in these shipping discounts, we have advised so in that products description. Generally, these items are BULK furniture items and will also be sent separately from the rest of your order. These items will have specified postage prices in their descriptions.

Some regional state and territory postcodes, as well as Kidkraft and Plum Play products and items already discounted in our 'Clearance' category, are also excluded from receiving free postage (Kidkraft, Plum Play and 'Clearance' items are also excluded from all other promotions).

Freight charges for bulky orders will be applied with a standard freight charge at checkout however some state and territory customers will need to pay extra and may be excluded from free delivery offers. We will contact you by email if any additional charges apply. This extra charge will be required before we can process your order.

Please allow approx 14 days for delivery of bulk items as these items may be shipped separately from the rest of your order.

What if I am not home when the courier arrives with my order?

All orders are shipped with an 'Signature Required’. This means that someone must sign for the package at your nominated delivery address.

If your parcel cannot be delivered with a signature, our couriers will leave a card for you to call and arrange a suitable time. At this point you can change the delivery to require not signature. Please note: If multiple attempts for delivery fail, you may be liable for re-delivery charges.

If you would like to have your parcel delivered with no signature initially, please specify this in the comments section by saying ‘Authority to Leave’.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

YES, nice and easy.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is very expensive due to the weight of wooden toys therefore we do not offer this as a regular service. However if you would like a quote for international shipping feel free to use the ‘Contact’ Tab to contact Jellybean Kidz or email us directly at info@jellybeankidz.com.au, along with your international address and the item/s you would like to order and we will get back to you asap.

We DO however accept orders from overseas to be delivered to an Australian address. Simply use the Australian address you are shipping to as both the billing and shipping address at the checkout.

What do Jellybean Kidz classify as Major Australian Metropolitan Areas?

These include suburbs which are included in each states capital cities definition of its metropolitan area including Melbourne in Victoria, Sydney in New South Wales, Brisbane and Queensland, Adelaide in South Australia, Hobart in Tasmania, Perth in Western Australia, Canberra in the Australian Capital Territory, and Darwin in the Northern Territory.

The major metropolitan areas outlined above are used by Jellybean Kidz for pricing and promotion of freight to these areas.
