How long after I order will my order ship?

In most cases, orders ship within 24 hours.

Where there are issues, queries or changes to orders required then your order may take longer to ship.

Where are you based and can I pick up in store?

We are an online store only, but our warehouse is based in Melbourne, Australia.

Unfortunately we cannot offer pick-up due to security at our warehouse.

How much is Shipping for my toys in Australia and How long will it take?

At Jellybean Kidz we try to keep shipping fees at a flat rate per order and as low as possible, and offer free shipping for orders over $125

  • Most of our products can be purchased with a flat rate fee for shipping per order to a residential or business address (No PO Boxes) for Standard shipping using our nominated couriers.
  • If you require delivery to a PO Box, Jellybean Kidz can ship to a Courier Collection Point which can offer a similar pick service to a PO box
  • For KidKraft products we include freight in the displayed price on the store to Major Australian Metropolitan Areas, all other shipping destinations are calculated as bulk items.
  • For Bulk items or Orders, like most online toy stores in Australia, postage is calculated by the size and weight of the item/s. We endeavour to keep delivery costs down for our customers.

You will be able to see your delivery costs once you have finished shopping and are at your checkout. You will see that postage has been automatically calculated for you.

Don’t forget to tell us the item/s you are inquiring about, as well as your suburb and postcode within Australia. We will endeavour to get back to you within a few hours with a postage quote and an expected delivery time. We know when you buy toys online, you can’t wait for the package! We’ll look after you as quickly as we can, we promise!

How can I receive FREE delivery?

Orders over $125 in total (excluding shipping) are shipped free within Australia with some exceptions. For any items over $125 NOT included in this free postage offer, we have advised so in that products description. Generally, these items are BULK furniture items and will also be sent separately from the rest of your order. These items will have specified postage prices in their descriptions.

Some regional state and territory postcodes, as well as Kidkraft products and items already discounted in our 'Clearance' category, are also excluded from receiving free postage (Kidkraft and 'Clearance' items are also excluded from all other promotions).

Freight charges for bulky orders will be applied with a standard freight charge at checkout however some state and territory customers will need to pay extra and may be excluded from free delivery offers. We will contact you by email if any additional charges apply. This extra charge will be required before we can process your order.

Please allow approx 14 days for delivery of bulk items as these items may be shipped separately from the rest of your order.

What if I am not home when the courier arrives with my order?

All orders are shipped with an 'Signature Required’. This means that someone must sign for the package at your nominated delivery address.

If your parcel cannot be delivered with a signature, our couriers will leave a card for you to call and arrange a suitable time. At this point you can change the delivery to require not signature. Please note: If multiple attempts for delivery fail, you may be liable for re-delivery charges.

If you would like to have your parcel delivered with no signature initially, please specify this in the comments section by saying ‘Authority to Leave’.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No, Jellybean Kidz uses a courier services that do not deliver to PO boxes.

However, there are several alternatives which you can use;

  1. Our couriers offer collection points which can substitute as a PO Box. When your order is placed, we will email you and confirm if your local collection point is suitable.
  2. You can provide your residential address and we can set your delivery for Authority to Leave, which can leave the delivery at your front door or nominated hiding place
  3. We are happy to ship to a work place or friends or family if this is more suitable for you. Simply use their address at checkout instead.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is very expensive due to the weight of wooden toys therefore we do not offer this as a regular service. However if you would like a quote for international shipping feel free to use the ‘Contact’ Tab to contact Jellybean Kidz or email us directly at info@jellybeankidz.com.au, along with your international address and the item/s you would like to order and we will get back to you asap.

We DO however accept orders from overseas to be delivered to an Australian address. Simply use the Australian address you are shipping to as both the billing and shipping address at the checkout.

What do Jellybean Kidz classify as Major Australian Metropolitan Areas?

These include suburbs which are included in each states capital cities definition of its metropolitan area including Melbourne in Victoria, Sydney in New South Wales, Brisbane and Queensland, Adelaide in South Australia, Hobart in Tasmania, Perth in Western Australia, Canberra in the Australian Capital Territory, and Darwin in the Northern Territory.

The major metropolitan areas outlined above are used by Jellybean Kidz for pricing and promotion of freight to these areas.
