What is your returns policy?
If you have changed your mind or your item/s are faulty, Jellybean Kidz is always happy to credit or exchange any unopened items within 7 days of delivery. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us within 7 days of the date of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (no refund on postage).
Simply email us on receipt of the product to let us know, then post the product and we will arrange a refund if we receive the product back in original condition within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless we have agreed to provide you with free return postage on a faulty product, therefore we highly recommended that any returns or exchanges are sent via Registered Post as Jellybean Kidz will not be held responsible for items going astray in the mail.
We check our products thoroughly before dispatch to ensure they are not damaged. Occasionally damage may occur in the delivery process. If this occurs please contact us for a replacement or refund immediately. We will provide you with the return address details once we have been contacted.
